Job description: As a Programme Officer, you'll be an important part of our team working from our office in Exmouth. focusing on projects related to self-advocacy, human rights, and inclusion. You'll have responsibilities such as: Learning about our projects Planning strategies to make our organisation more inclusive Delivering training sessions and creating videos Representing our organization at events Sharing updates through online marketing Work schedule: This is a part-time position, requiring only 4 hours per week. We'll find a day that works best for you. Our office is located in Exmouth, Devon. Who we're looking for: You are a person with Down syndrome and are passionate about advocating for others. You're a confident speaker, comfortable with recording videos and speaking at events. You understand the importance of accessibility and strive to make things inclusive. You work well in a team, building positive relationships with colleagues.
