Here are a few of our recent volunteers:

Liberty Hale

Liberty, who has a brother with Down syndrome, volunteered with DSi as a Membership Engagement Officer before commencing a Masters degree in Speech and Language Sciences.

Ed Low

Ed has been a DSi volunteer since 2017 and has helped us in a number of ways including the creation of a video for Down Syndrome Day, the development of this very website, and more recently working with the DSi team to plan our forward strategy. In 2018 he also raised over £2000 for us by running the London Marathon dressed as a padlock, in his pursuit of winning a Guinness World Record!

Russell Watkins

Russell is a Project Manager and proud father of Edith who has Down syndrome. Russell has volunteered with DSi on multiple occasions originally supporting us with a transition to a new CRM and now he is back to help support us with our fundraising strategy.
