5th of September is the International Day of Charity.

This date was chosen as a tribute to Mother Theresa for her work and dedication to charitable causes, who died on 5th September 1997.

On this day we call on you to support us in our commitment to improving quality of life for people with Down syndrome.

We work with national member and contact organisations in 136 countries. In most cases, these groups have very limited resources and will welcome any help you can give - whether it is by raising awareness about their work, providing fundraising support or lending your professional or technical skills, they will welcome your offer of help.
