Join us from 1st to 21st March for our #21DayChallenge and together we will make a difference.

How to join in

Each day we will share messages to help you learn about, advocate for and support people with Down syndrome.

We encourage you to share these messages with your family, friends, co-workers... all those around you.

2. Set yourself a fundraising target

How much are you hoping to raise? Your target will be great motivation for you.

3. Choose your challenge

How about:

  • Get active - walk, run, cycle, skip every day - how far can you go in 21 days?
  • Get cooking - try out a new recipe every day for 21 days;
  • Get flexible - try out a new yoga position every day for 21 days;
  • Get busy - challenge the children to complete a different household chore every day for 21 days;
  • Get muscles - choose from press-ups, crunches, burpees - do 1 on day 1, do 2 on day 2... can you get to 21?
  • Get dancing - my favourite, a kitchen disco for 21 minutes every day!

4. Set up your fundraising page
