The United Arab Emerites Association started its activities with a group of volunteers and those interested in Down Syndrome from the parents and specialist in this field under the umbrella of Dubai Ladies Club and members of Dubai Womans Establishment. After the hard work and support of the community, Highness Shaikha Manal Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, wife of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Minister of Presidential Affairs, President of Dubai Womans Establishment decided to offer her support to this group.
