- Promote the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) across Libya with the main focus on intellectual disabilities and Down syndrome.
- Through this promotion aim for the government to sign and ratify the CRPD with no reservations. This will mean that the UN CRPD will be promoted at local and national level with the general public as well as government. All will become more aware of the Convention.
- Aim for the rights of persons with disabilities to be included into all policies at national level.
