OUR PEOPLE

Meet DSi's team of Board Members, International Advisors, Ambassadors and Patrons.

Outreach

A key objective of DSi is to assist the development of organisations and other groups concerned with Down syndrome around the World. It is hoped that, through our outreach programmes, DSi will be able to visit new countries, meet with people and organisations, and provide structured advice and support to help them meet their goals of promoting people with Down syndrome and facilitating the enhancement of the services they need to reach their potential.

Collectively the Board members of DSi have extensive knowledge and experience of Down syndrome, and with the additional help of our member organisations through collaborations and sharing of resources, we hope to assist newer and less established groups to make best use of their own resources and provide a better future for people with Down syndrome, their families and the professionals working with them.

We were recently able to provide assistance to the Libyan Down Syndrome Association (LDSA) thanks to the generous support and sponsorship of BG Group Libya. If you would like to sponsor DSi’s next outreach project please contact our International Office.
