Donate

You can see what DSi will spend your money on here. You can make a donation now in a variety of ways as follows. Remember, if you are a UK tax payer you can reclaim Gift Aid as explained below.

Electronic Transfer

A simple and easy way to make a direct donation to our bank account using Internet banking. Please contact our International Office to arrange this.

Just Giving

You can make a donation via our DSi Just Giving Page.

If you are a UK tax payer and eligible for Gift Aid, Just Giving will reclaim this on your behalf.

By Post

Please make cheques payable to "Down Syndrome International" and send to:-

Down Syndrome International
Langdon Down Centre
2A Langdon Park
Teddington
Middlesex
TW11 9PS
UK

By Phone

Call us on +44 (0)845 230 0372 and ask for Down Syndrome International.

Payroll Giving

This is another easy and tax-free way to give by making regular contributions directly from your pay slip if you are based in the UK. You can give donations on a weekly or monthly basis. Each time you are paid, a donation is deducted by your payroll office before tax and sent to us - thereby increasing the value of your gift to us. Visit HMRC's Payroll Giving information page for further guidance on this.

Gift Aid

Increase the value of your donation at no extra cost to you. If you are a UK tax payer, the Gift Aid scheme means your gift can increase in value by nearly a third at no extra cost to you. This would mean that a gift of £5 a month would actually be worth £6.40 a month to Down Syndrome International.

If you would like us to claim back the tax on any donation you make then please make sure that you print off, sign and send in our printable Gift Aid Declaration form. There is no minimum threshold for Gift Aid.

Visit HMRC's Gift Aid information page for further guidance.

Legacies

Leaving a gift in your will is simple and cost effective. You can leave a specific gift (such as stocks and shares, property, a coin collection etc), a monetary sum or a portion of your estate. Please help future generations of people with Down syndrome and consider leaving a gift in your will. For further information on legacies, please email Paul Zanon paul.zanon@downs-syndrome.org.uk or call him on +44 (0)845 230 0372.
